The solicitation documents have a variety of titles but are collectively termed here “Tenders”.

Below are the active Tender opportunities for works contracts. For such Tenders, the NRPB seeks qualified contractors to, for example, implement repairs or construction works.
Eligible bidders should register using the link included in the RFB invitation to view and download bid documents and to receive the Teams link to the pre-bid meeting.

A site visit and pre-bid meeting for this tender are scheduled for the 24th of April. The site visit starts at 9:45am (with assembly at NRPB). The visit will then proceed to STML, followed by SML and concluding at CLB.
The pre-bid meeting will start at 2:00pm online via Teams – the link will be sent to all registered bidders.
- Participants are required to wear their own personal protective equipment i.e. hard hats and boots to the site visits.
- Participants are required to have their own transportation to the locations.

Hospital Resiliency and Preparedness Project
The Hospital Resiliency and Preparedness Project will help rehabilitate the existing hospital, build a new hospital that is resistant to extreme weather events, and improve the quality of hospital care services on the island.

The Airport Terminal Reconstruction Project
The Airport Terminal Reconstruction Project aims to restore passenger capacity to pre-Irma levels with improved resilience towards hurricanes. This project will be implemented by the SXM Airport (PJIAE) together with the NRPB.
