RECONSTRUCTION OF SISTER MARIE LAURENCE SCHOOL

This procurement follows an electronic procurement system further elaborated in Bid Data Sheet ITB 21.1. Bids must submitted on or before Thursday, July 24th, 2025 @ 10:00 AM (AST).
Late Bids shall not be allowed. Bids will be opened via MS Teams in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives on Thursday, July 24th, 2025 at 11:00 AM (AST). Confirmation of receipt and video conferencing information will be shared.

Invitation to Participate: Early Market Engagement

Design-Build, Design-Build Operate or similar Contract for the Municipal Solid Waste Disposal Site (Landfill)

The Government of Sint Maarten, through the EDMP project, is preparing to launch a procurement for Civil Works intervention for the upgrading, extension, and reconditioning/rehabilitation of the municipal solid waste disposal site. As part of this process, the NRPB invites qualified firms to participate in an Early Market Engagement to help shape a well-informed and competitive procurement strategy.

The Airport Terminal Reconstruction Project

The Airport Terminal Reconstruction Project aims to restore passenger capacity to pre-Irma levels with improved resilience towards hurricanes. This project will be implemented by the SXM Airport (PJIAE) together with the NRPB.
