The solicitation documents have a variety of titles but are collectively termed here “Tenders”.

Below are the active Tender opportunities for works contracts. For such Tenders, the NRPB seeks qualified contractors to, for example, implement repairs or construction works.
Bids must be submitted via EUNA Solutions’ Bonfire e-procurement platform by 17:00 hours AST on August 10th, 2026. Late Bids will be rejected.

Hospital Resiliency and Preparedness Project
The Hospital Resiliency and Preparedness Project will help rehabilitate the existing hospital, build a new hospital that is resistant to extreme weather events, and improve the quality of hospital care services on the island.

The Airport Terminal Reconstruction Project
The Airport Terminal Reconstruction Project aims to restore passenger capacity to pre-Irma levels with improved resilience towards hurricanes. This project will be implemented by the SXM Airport (PJIAE) together with the NRPB.
