NRPB uses a variety of documents to solicit bids and proposals from individuals, firms, or joint ventures, to provide the required Goods, Works, Consulting or Non-Consulting Services for the recovery projects. The solicitation documents have a variety of titles but are collectively termed here “Tenders”.

Below are the active Tender opportunities for works contracts. For such Tenders, the NRPB seeks qualified contractors to, for example, implement repairs or construction works.

Expansion of the F&A building and new EOC Building
Bidders are required to register on the Bonfire e-Procurement Portal at: https://nrpbsxm.bonfirehub.com in order to access the bidding documents and submit their bids. Bids must be submitted on or before Thursday, December 11, 2025, @ 10:00 AM (AST). Late bids shall not be allowed.
Reconstruction of the Sint Maarten Library
Bidders are required to register on the Bonfire e-Procurement Portal at: https://nrpbsxm.bonfirehub.com in order to access the bidding documents and submit their bids. Bids must submitted on or before Wednesday, January 7th, 2026 @ 10:00 AM (AST). Late bids shall not be allowed.
Reconstruction of the Charles Leopold Bell School
Bidders are required to register on the Bonfire e-Procurement Portal at: https://nrpbsxm.bonfirehub.com in order to access the bidding documents and submit their bids. Bids must submitted on or before Wednesday, January 7th, 2026 @ 10:00 AM (AST). Late bids shall not be allowed.

All submissions should be uploaded to the NRPB’s procurement portal which can be found at https://nrpbsxm.bonfirehub.com Consulting Services for Water and sludge quality test of water bodies affected by the WWTP no later than Deadline: 17:00 Atlantic Standard Time, Friday, January 9, 2026.
Consulting Services for Design and Construction Supervision of Private House Connection Works (Lump sum)
Bids must be submitted via EUNA Solutions’ Bonfire e-procurement platform by 5:00pm AST on Wednesday December 10th, 2025. Late Bids will be rejected.

Hospital Resiliency and Preparedness Project

The Hospital Resiliency and Preparedness Project will help rehabilitate the existing hospital, build a new hospital that is resistant to extreme weather events, and improve the quality of hospital care services on the island.

The Airport Terminal Reconstruction Project

The Airport Terminal Reconstruction Project aims to restore passenger capacity to pre-Irma levels with improved resilience towards hurricanes. This project will be implemented by the SXM Airport (PJIAE) together with the NRPB.
