3We missed the Tender submission deadline in the procurement notice; can we still work with the NRPB?
If you have missed the Tender submission deadline, you cannot be considered. All Tenders must be received by the submission deadline specified in the Tender documents. Late Tenders are not accepted. However, being late for one Tender does not affect participation in future Tenders. You can submit Tenders for as many opportunities, where you consider yourself qualified.

5How long does the procurement process take?
The process length varies depending on the type of procurement. The time frame can range from anywhere between 2 weeks and 8 months; this duration is directly linked to the type of process, its complexity, and the requirements of the bidders as described in the Tender documents. 6How will I know if I have been shortlisted or not?
For processes where shortlisting is applicable, you or your company representative will be informed by email.

8Can questions be asked during the bidding process?
Yes, questions are welcomed but must be made in writing before the deadline for such as stated in the Tender, and certainly seven days before the closing date of the Tender. The question and our answer will be shared with all bidders, but the source of the question will not be identified.
