SXM National Recovery Program Bureau

Last week, the National Recovery Program Bureau (NRPB), St. Maarten Nature Foundation (SMNF) and Maritime Affairs welcomed 8 interested local and international companies to the pre-bid tender meeting for ship recovery and shoreline cleaning activity. The objective of the meeting was to provide potential bidders with tender information, procedures, project considerations, and a space to manifest any comments or concerns. As part of the meeting, a site tour of the Simpson Bay Lagoon and Mullet Pond took place. 7 of the companies that attended the meeting came on board for the tour.
