National Recovery Resilience Plan (NRRP)

The National Recovery Program Bureau (NRPB) 

The NRPB was established as an independent administrative agency in December 2018. On behalf of the Government of Sint Maarten, the NRPB is responsible for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the projects that are financed by the Sint Maarten Recovery, Reconstruction and Resilience Trust Fund or by other available sources of funding.  

The NRPB’s professional team is fully financed by the Trust Fund and is headed by Director Claret Connor. As the project implementation unit of the Government of Sint Maarten, the NRPB works closely with the different ministries and other key stakeholders to ensure that projects are prepared, implemented and evaluated in a diligent manner.
