Call for Expression of Interest

 

The NRPB is seeking to create an inventory of available spaces for classroom spaces on a temporary basis.

Are you:

•                The landlord of a commercial or residential space?

•                Willing to lease for a short period of time (under one year)?

 

Our preferred spaces would be venues that have/are:

–              multiple units/rooms available on the same premises

–              fenced properties

–              space for recreation

–              a minimum of three (3) restrooms on premises

–              commercial spaces with valid fire inspection

–              approximately 30m2 or larger

 

Please send us an email at procurement@nrpbsxm.org with the subject line “Classroom Rental Spaces” and including:

–              Proposed monthly price (not exceeding USD $1,500 per unit/classroom)

–              Proof of legal ownership of the premises

–              Address

–             Pictures of the venue’s interior and exterior
