Bidders may Bid for one or several complete Lots, as further defined in this Request for Bids (RFB) document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts, if they are awarded more than one Lot, will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.
Bidders shall also note that they have the option to propose any alternative proposal by Lot, by specifying which exceptions to the Technical Specification detailed in Section 7.3 of this RFB they have considered in order to provide similar trucks to the ones the Purchaser is seeking in the shortest delivery time possible.
